A day in the life:

As a Protection Adviser, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to our shared mission of financial empowerment.

You’ll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills and your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing the best financial products based on the customer’s individual needs and wants.

  • Completing sales calls with our customers, making suitable recommendations backed up with careful research and knowledge of products.
  • Working closely with Fluent’s case management team to work the cases through to the offer.
  • Maintaining high-performance standards and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
  • Remaining up-to-date with CPD requirements

This list represents the core responsibilities, yet our team members are encouraged to embrace additional duties and tasks as directed by management.

The Package

  • Basic salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience and performance
  • Support with completing the R05 qualification if required.
  • Ability to earn unlimited bonus monthly
  • Average advisors earning Circa £35,000-£40,000
  • Approx £60,000 OTE for an experienced advisor

Role requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets
  • Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
  • Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling
  • Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner
  • Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies
  • Experience in a busy sales environment

Desirable

  • Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company
  • Experience of broking/lending in the protection market
  • Experience of broking/lending in the protection market
  • Strong IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package
  • Experience of working successfully in a team and also individually
  • CeMap Level 1 (working towards Full CeMap) or RO5
  • Experience of using bespoke software
