A Corporate Deal Executive opportunity within a leading Advisory business the chance to earn significant commission on deal completions and build a career within the exciting Corporate Finance / Business Sales sector.

An established Advisory Group with International reach and an unrivalled reputation for advising shareholders and entrepreneurs on business sale and exit strategy. As a leading sellside advisor the firm is a very active dealmaker, handling a high-volume of sale mandates in the c.£0.5m - £10m EV deal space with a sector agnostic approach.

Due to the group’s continued growth and success, a new position has arisen within the Corporate Deal team which offers a superb opportunity to build a career within the exciting and fast-paced world of Corporate Finance and Business Sales.

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Deal Executive you will be a key member of a close-knit Deal Team, tasked with project managing deals from early stages through to completion. You will have the opportunity to enhance your earnings through commission on deal completions. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
  • Negotiating offers and complex deals
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same, and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to start or develop a career in mergers and acquisitions. Ideally you will have at least 1 - 2 years experience in a customer facing role where you will have become used to working with a good volume of customers and requirements. Your background might be in Real Estate / Property, Recruitment, Commercial Sales or Operations, the key ingredient will be your ambition and desire to progress your career in a highly commercial environment.
