Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the operational performance of up to 12 claims handlers, managing a monthly influx of 600 files.
  • Drive Productivity: Ensure individual handler productivity and attainment of client KPIs, including SLA management and indemnity spend.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain robust control of internal billing procedures and supervise credit hire files up to £25,000.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to our qualitative framework, including litigation procedures and complaints management.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, distribute tasks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs, create succession plans, and foster a motivating environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct audits, provide feedback, and draft improvement plans to enhance team quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Technical Director to address challenges and celebrate successes.
