Bolton have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Integrated Front Door/MASH in the Referral and Assessment Service managing the Referral Team working alongside the IFD Team.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and will be office based, initially for 3 months.

Must have experience of (but are not limited to):-

Experience in managing duty,

Assessment and making decisions.

Also supervising a team of Social Workers, authorising quality assessments, chairing strategy meetings, managing Section 47 enquiries and managing performance.

On duty week (one week in 3) need to attend the office all week and then flexible working the other 2 weeks balancing between WAH and office based.
