People Solutions are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a well-established client based in Bolton.

Day to Day Duties

Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
Complete up to five runs per shift
May be required to do some nights out
Work as part of a two-person team
Handball stock into customer's property
Provide excellent customer service
Multi-drop deliveries
Ensure vehicle is well presented
Comply with driving rules and regulations
Be prepared for various shift lengths

Essential Skills

Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence and have held this for a minimum of two years
Hold a valid UK CPC Card
Hold a valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
Have at least six months experience driving Category C vehicles
No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
No major endorsement codes
Positive 'Can Do' attitude
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Desirable Experience

Experience making home deliveries as part of a two-person team is desirable

Training

Drivers will be required to take a written and driving assessment to be successful
