My client is searching for Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Requirements:

• Have experience of dealing with clients in the capacity of buying and/or selling property• Be able to undertake both residential conveyancing work associated with the acquisition and disposal of land or property or any interest in land, including the purchase and disposal of freeholds and freehold revisions, the granting of leases, licenses and mortgages.• Hold experience in computerised case management systems.• Have awareness of fraud and money laundering regulations.• Possess good communication and IT skills.• Have the ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team and prioritise a busy workload.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of conveyancing files including purchase, sales and remortgages from instruction to completion• Preparing and drafting documentation as required• Liaising with solicitors, clients and estate agents on aspects of the conveyancing transaction• Keep the case management system up to date• Responsible for exchange and completions of files• Dealing with pre-contract enquiries• Investigating title• Applying for and investigating property searches• Preparing reports on title• Undertake other tasks required by the firm
