This role would suit someone who has experience working hands on carrying out duct work installation, fire damper fitting and surveying in line with Health and Safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for ensuring KPIs are being met, managing the project budgets, and producing detailed quotations, alongside efficiently supervising, and managing a team of engineers on Educational, Pharmaceutical, and Commercial sites. You will have excellent communication skills, providing clients with excellent technical advice and support, dealing with any queries in a timely manner. Experience & Qualifications: " Will have a strong background within HVAC. " Excellent leadership and supervisory skill. " Good communication skills, able to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels. " Holding an industry relevant qualification would be beneficial to the role. " Good IT skills. " Able to organise work load efficiently. The Role:" Overseeing and managing a team of duct engineers. " Producing detailed site-specific reports for clients, including before and after photos. " Providing training to employees on site, new and existing. " Undertaking duct work installation. " Fitting and surveying fire dampers. " Interpreting blueprints and drawings. " Ensuring project KPIs are being met." Overseeing and managing the project budget." Producing competitive and accurate quotations and tenders. " Attending site for meeting when required, representing the company in a professional manner. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
