Are you a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman looking for your next challenge? A regional housebuilder is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their team on a long-term freelance basis, starting immediately. ?????
You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, predominantly by ensuring that the units are completed to a high quality in overseeing all trades works through to CML. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction processes is essential, along with a valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications.
