The role

We are seeking Sales Advisors to join our growing team based at K3 Capital Group head office in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity working on a brand-new division for the business. We are looking for experienced sales professionals however full industry-specific training is provided. As this is a new division within the business there will be significant opportunities for career progression within our rapidly growing business.

This role plays a pivotal part in our company’s success, as Sales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound business to business calls, making direct contact with business owners to engage with them, building rapport and discussing their current needs and how we can support them.

 What you will be responsible for

  • As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for making new outbound B2B (business to business) calls, making direct contact with business company owners and directors, engaging with them, building rapport and then discussing whether they need our services to help find funding, help negotiate with HMRC to get a time to pay agreement, assistance in dealing with county court judgements or winding up petitions or assistance in rescuing their businesses, possibly by using formal insolvency strategies
  • You will be working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system 
  • Transferring calls to Business Development / Managing Directors / senior managers once a business owner / director expresses interest in taking the conversation further 
  • Providing a caring, thoughtful and thorough service to Clients, working with pace and professionalism to provide a first-class customer experience
  • Building great relationship with clients – managing what can be at times, very emotional, sensitive conversations, with tact, diplomacy and utter professionalism
  • Managing your own time and diary, working towards targets and deadlines

Reporting, relationships and management

Reporting to the Business Development Director and Managing Director.

The qualifications and experience you will need

  • Prior Sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Have brilliant communication skills – able to have an open conversation with anyone
  • Organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
  • Able to build and develop excellent relationships with Clients
  • You will be a strong closer – knowing how to spot ‘buying signs’
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoy working within a fast-paced sales driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional and a team player
  • Possess drive commitment and ambition – we are always looking to identify future leaders!
  • Last (but by no means least) you will have bags of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!

Technical skill levels that you will need

  • Effective use of IT and systems
  • Strong literacy/numerical skills
  • Confident ‘can do’ attitude with excellent communication skills
