Are you an experienced Technical Sales Executive and have worked within manufacturing/engineering? Would you like to be part of a very well established and reputable family run business who are the market leaders in their industry? There is a salary of 拢30,000 plus many benefits and an early finish on a Friday!

The Role:

路 Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients using desk based selling techniques.

路 Process orders by phone, web and email.

路 Proactively sell and generate quality sales leads for field sales colleagues (i.e. selling offers/promotions).

路 Conduct market research as required.

路 Promote and sell the company鈥檚 extensive product portfolio.

路 Make outbound sales prospecting calls and develop all sales opportunities.

路 Place orders in the correct manner ensuring payment is taken correctly.

路 Answer all sales calls professionally and efficiently and deal with customer/ potential customer requests for information.

路 Be responsible for helping to meet challenging group sales targets through proactively selling the products and services to business customers.

路 Process orders and to ensure that all orders are dispatched with 100% accuracy and invoiced within the agreed delivery framework.

路 Ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.

路 Work closely with the Purchasing and Production Departments to ensure that stock is at suitable levels and liaise with all other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled within the required timeframe.

路 Expedite/progress orders with Despatch.
