Sales Agent – Office-Based in Horwich, Bolton

£25,500 plus excellent OTE

Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next big opportunity? We're recruiting Sales Agents for a leading company based in Horwich, Bolton. This role is 100% office-based, so you'll need to be able to commute daily.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or call centres (Financial Services is a bonus).
Commitment: Reliable, dedicated, and ready to put in extra effort to study for a CeMap qualification.
Skills: Outstanding negotiation, questioning, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Work Ethic: A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed.
Integrity: Honesty about previous criminal convictions or adverse credit history (checks will be conducted).

Role Details:
Hours: 40 per week.
Monday to Thursday: Shifts between 9am - 8pm.
Friday: 9am - 5pm.
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9.30am - 2.30pm (Day Off In Lieu provided).
