Kenton Black are working with scientific manufacturing company in Greater Manchester who are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Officer. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to join a company where they can enhance their skillset and become an expert in their field. Key Responsibilities of a QA Officer:- Develop, maintain, and improve the QMS documentation.- Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.- Ensure compliance with GMP & GDP standards, and stay updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and requirements.- Manage internal audits to guarantee continuous compliance and readiness for external inspections.- Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs department to support regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.- Provide guidance and support for validation activities, ensuring that all systems are qualified and processes are validated.- Lead project management and execution for quality assurance-related initiatives.Requirements of a Senior Quality Assurance Officer:- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.- A minimum of 3 years of experience within a GMP QA department.- In-depth knowledge of QMS documentation and experience in conducting investigations and root cause analysis.- Sound understanding of Regulatory Affairs, as well as GMP & GDP compliance guidelines.- Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.If you feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, we would like to hear from you.
