As a Warranty Administrator, you be a crucial role within the business and will be helping to drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and to minimise the risk of warranty audit failure. The successful Warranty Administrator will need excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
路Assist the Aftersales Manager
路Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
路Applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
路Monitor warranty reports
路Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
路Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.

This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.

Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator
路Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role
