We are excited to offer the role of Curriculum Leader within our Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative individual to lead and support a dynamic team, contributing to the operational and strategic management of the college.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead and support teachers and work-based tutors in engaging with stakeholders to inform and enhance the curriculum.
- Drive and demonstrate excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with curriculum management and the wider college management team to implement and lead aspects of the College’s Positive Behaviour approach.
- Work with the Head of Area to explore, develop, and implement cutting-edge pedagogy.
- Uphold the college’s commitment to putting students first and promoting values of fairness, respect, and quality.
- Relevant degree level qualification.
- PGCE/Cert Ed or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in managing, motivating, and supporting a team in an educational environment.
- Experience in delivering and assessing a range of curriculum programmes.
- Competitive salary with a £2,500 Golden Hello Payment (subject to terms and conditions).
- Role within a key member of the College’s Management Team.
