An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join Jewel Home Support. You will be joining a strong, reliable and reactive team. This opportunity requires a friendly, motivated individual to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the company. At Jewel Home Support our aim is to be committed to delivering quality and personalised care while working closely with the service users and their family. We are an approved provider for the NHS and Bolton Council and provide care services for the borough of Bolton.



Job Opportunity

The care worker's role will include

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance)
  • Assisting with meal preparations
  • Assisting with administering medication
  • Assisting with moving and handling
  • Working to care plans and completing daily paperwork
  • Assisting with shopping and support to access the community
  • Assisting with light domestic duties

Job Location

  • All areas of Bolton

Pay From

  • Starting salary 23,400.00 (subject to completion of passing full probationary period)
  • A further 20 hours paid overtime per week subject to availability
  • Mileage will be paid separately
