18 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their clients team in Bolton on a permanent basis.

Work will be working on external works includingwindows and doors, externaldecorations (paintings, gutterings etc) and roofing.

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for

  • Visiting residents in their homes and advising them on when and what work is being carried out and how it effects them
  • Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the resident may have
  • Attending and chairing resident forum meetings to advise residents of works being carried out
  • Support customers, responding to their requests
  • Liaise with site and head office to resolve any resident issues.
  • Collate data from residents
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
  • Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety
  • Pre-entry visits and company inductions
  • Collect resident agreement/approval forms

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • The successful candidate will need an in date CSCS card
  • A driving licence and access to thier own vehicle (the properties are all within a 4 mile radius of each other so there is minimal travelling involved)
  • Be IT literate - experienced at using Microsoft Teams.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
