What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?

  • General office duties
  • Preparation of all learning events, including classroom, e- learning activities
  • Ensure training records are updated to ensure legally and regulatory compliancy is met for all employees
  • Update company data on inhouse system
  • Inform managers of nonattendance promptly
  • Run learning completion reports for managers as agreed
  • Manage the L&D inbox and respond in a timely manner to internal and external queries including signposting or escalating to relevant colleagues
  • Ensuring smooth running of all learning events, including monthly induction
  • Completing course register maintaining accurate learning completion records
  • Support learners with queries and access issues
  • Sent out electronic copies of course completion certificates
  • Update course evaluation data, and record constructive feedback
  • Attend and contribute to one to one, and team and other meetings

  • IT savvy - able to get around Microsoft 365, word, excel and PowerPoint -

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Any additional experience of HR and learning management system
