We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who ideally has manufacturing experience for an initial 3 month Fixed term contract, this might be extended.
You need to have experience of managing a Site Closure, so prior knowledge of doing this is critical

Key Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience in HR roles within redundancy or site closure contexts.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including collective consultation requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Experience in delivering skills workshops and career transition support.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in HR Management.
- Prior experience working in manufacturing or operational environments is advantageous.
- Track record of successful workforce engagement and retention during organisational transitions.
