An established and well known charity in Bolton are looking to recruit an experienced and level 5 CIPD (minimum) qualified HR Manager, responsible for an overall staff headcount of 200 which included a variety of job titles. You will have 2 direct reports and be a passionate and people focussed professional with the ability to offer a highly effective HR service to senior leadership and management teams.

  • Responsible for all areas of the employment lifecycle
  • Recruitment - advertising roles, screening and interviewing candidates, sending contracts as well as onboarding new starters - obtaining right to work, carrying out DBS checks, checking validity of clinical staff registration documents
  • Working closely with the Learning and Development team - identifying where training is needed or upskilling
  • Working on a number of projects with various departments
  • Offering guidance and advice on all HR matters to department Managers
