Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

- Extensive knowledge of HR practices and legislation in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record implementing employee relations practices
