I am currently supporting a client of mine, based in Bolton, with their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a true generalist position where you will support with the following:
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, advising on HR policy and process
- Identifying areas of improvement for HR policy and process, making changes and coaching Managers
- Leading on absence and performance management
- Advising Managers on talent attraction and retention, supporting with recruitment
- Updating and reporting from the HR system
- Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of HR projects
