Adecco are currently looking for a HR Advisor to work for our client in Bolton, on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This will be to cover a maternity leave.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and administration, ensuring smooth HR processes, assisting employees, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about high-quality HR service.
Duties:- Manage employee records, update databases, ensure data protection compliance.
- Address staff queries, provide accurate HR policy information.
- Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and on-boarding.
- Assist in rolling out HR policies and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company standards.
- Assist the Group HR Director with various projects across three businesses.
- Experience in HR administration or officer roles.
- Understanding of HR practices, employment law, and data protection.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
Additional Details
Days: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Location: Bolton
Hybrid Option: 1 day per week from home after initial training
Salary: £30K - £35K
