HR Advisor. Westhoughton. 12 month FTC. £25k-£30k.
An established company are looking for an experienced HR advisor for 12 months to cover MAT leave. Duties will include;
- Maintaining accurate HR records, updating the database
- Being the point of contact for staff queries
- Supporting the recruitment process - setting up interviews, onboarding new starters
- Dealing with ER caseload - disciplinaries, grievances
- Providing admin support to the Group HR Director
- Assisting with development of HR policies
- Contributing with a number of projects with the Group HR Director
To be successful, you must have HR experience, be able to work independently as this will be a standalone position, a good understanding of HR practices, employment law and data protection with also excellent communication skills.
