An established company in Westhoughton is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The role offers a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting the recruitment process, and managing employee relations cases.
Candidates must have prior HR experience and a strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and data protection.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this standalone position.

HR Advisor. Westhoughton. 12 month FTC. £25k-£30k.

An established company are looking for an experienced HR advisor for 12 months to cover MAT leave. Duties will include;

Maintaining accurate HR records, updating the database
Being the point of contact for staff queries
Supporting the recruitment process - setting up interviews, onboarding new starters
Dealing with ER caseload - disciplinaries, grievances
Providing admin support to the Group HR Director
Assisting with development of HR policies
Contributing with a number of projects with the Group HR Director

To be successful, you must have HR experience, be able to work independently as this will be a standalone position, a good understanding of HR practices, employment law and data protection with also excellent communication skills.
