HR Advisor

As a HR Advisor in our dynamic automotive manufacturing environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the 2 Senior HR team members with essential day-to-day functions.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, and administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations. You will act as a trusted resource for both employees and management, ensuring that HR policies align with company objectives and legal requirements while fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will assist with the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, from posting job vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interview schedules and supporting new hires through orientation. You will help ensure compliance with employment law and company policies while maintaining up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Additionally, you will provide guidance on employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary processes under senior HR supervision.

Your contribution to employee relations will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to employees regarding workplace concerns and company policies.

  • Assisting managers in handling low-level employee relations meetings, such as concerns meetings and absence reviews.

  • Supporting the investigation process and ensuring fair and consistent application of disciplinary procedures.

  • Aiding in conflict resolution efforts to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies in all employee relations matters.

Moreover, your administrative support in HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and training will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency and compliance across the organization.

As a key member of the HR team, you will also be responsible for fostering a positive work culture and ensuring employee engagement. You will handle confidential information with discretion, generate HR reports as needed, and support various HR projects to enhance workforce management.

The role is based on a 34.5hr working week with early finishes on Fridays.
