A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing business based in the Bolton area. This is a brand new role and a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to really put their own stamp on the role.

In this true generalist role you will drive the people strategy, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Supporting Managers with talent attraction, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Coaching and upskilling Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process, ensuring consistency across the business
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislative changes
  • Championing employee engagement, well-being, and employee development programs
  • Working with Managers to ensure culture and values underpin all business activities
  • Supporting Managers with the creation of a training and development plan

The ideal background for this role is someone that has had some HR experience working in a growing SME; if this is in a regulated industry that would be desirable but not essential. Taking pride in doing a good job and showing passion for what you do are both key for this role, along with having a creative and pro-active approach to your role.
