About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will focus on securing qualified appointments, developing sales opportunities, and driving new business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your sales pipeline by introducing the company's range of telecoms products and services to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain close contact with existing clients to drive retention and identify new opportunities.
  • Use the CRM system to track and provide visibility into new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging webinars and on-site demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Recognize and act on customer behavior triggers to minimize churn and secure retention.
