Following a significant digital transformation, we are seeking to recruit two IT Systems Support Analysts/User Support Analysts to join our growing team initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. In an organisation that sees every day as an opportunity to make a difference to peoples' lives, these roles will be pivotal to ensuring our key systems support this. As one of a small team of IT Systems Support Analysts you will be responsible for:-
- Working collaboratively across all our services to provide exceptional delivery of our IT Roadmap.
- IT access in the company, including setting up of new users
- Supporting the implementation of our IT Systems
- Providing system support including management of users and reporting issues
- User training for systems and basic IT Skills
- Maintaining training manuals
- Monitoring the use of systems to ensure they are being used effectively and provide support where necessary
- UAT of upgrades and fixes
- Working closely with the Personalised Technology Co-ordinator for rolling out Assistive Technology
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
- Previous experience providing 1st/2nd line IT Support
- Experience supporting IT systems and applications
- Office 365 support and user management
- Sharepoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
