- Virtualization skills
- Knowledge of user account management and permissions (Active Directory/Microsoft 365/Azure)
- Understanding of network technologies
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Experience with VOIP/Telephony solutions
- Proven experience operating in an ITIL framework
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar technical role - within a technical support desk or MSP
- Previous experience within an educational environment.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous.
