Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Lead and manage the Telesales team to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Providing continuous assistance to team members handling orders, complaints, and delivery challenges.
- Generating regular reports for senior management to track sales and identify slow-moving items.
- Maintaining frequent communication with customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to nurture relationships and resolve any concerns.
- Conducting an annual customer satisfaction survey, analysing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies based on the results.
- Handle complex customer service issues and oversee resolution.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure sales targets are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills.
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Generate reports on sales metrics and present them to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
Profile
A successful Telesales Manager should have:
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer managerial position
- Strong abilities to communicate with team
- Have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and direct other team members
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have strong attention to detail
- Work well within a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 29,700 - 34,300 per annum.
