An experienced Manufacturing Consultant is required for a key role with a leading organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact manufacturing projects, focusing on process optimization, quality improvement, and project management within the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors.


The Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Consultant are as follows:
  • Lead and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations to optimize efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Oversee the introduction of new manufacturing processes and manage technology transfers.
  • Spearhead project management initiatives, including layout improvements and capital equipment project management.
  • Drive quality standards through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement across operations.
  • Manage and support cross-functional teams in delivering project milestones on time and within budget.

The Successful Manufacturing Consultant will have the following skills / experience:
  • Extensive manufacturing experience, preferably within aerospace, automotive, or defense sectors.
  • Solid NPI and CAPEX Project Management experience
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement
  • Proficient in project management tools
