Reporting to the company directors, this role combines account handling and management responsibilities while ensuring all activities align with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Arrange new policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Prepare reports, insurance documents, and presentations.
- Oversee and manage the claims process.
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Negotiate with underwriters for the best coverage, pricing, and levels of cover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and customers.
- Complete compliance tasks and ensure adherence to FCA regulations.
- Handle workloads effectively and assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C / 9-4).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Acturis insurance software.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
