Claims Handler required to join a very well-respected commercial insurance broker due to growth.
As Claims Handler you will deal with a wide range of commercial insurance claims, and manage the insurance claims journey from start to finish. Insurance claims will typically include losses for Motor, Property, and may also include EL and PL claims.
You will advise clients on how to make claims, log new notifications, and update all records accurately on the system. Managing your own caseload, you will monitor the progress of each claim and liaise with Insurers and loss adjusters to ensure the best outcome.
Previous claims experience with a good understanding of general insurance will be required for this position. Motor insurance claims knowledge would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
