Our client is a claimant personal injury outfit that has been well established in the Bolton area. The firm has a highly consistent and fruitful relationship with credit-hire suppliers and is looking to bring in new members of staff to deal with an influx of work. It specialises in Credit Hire, Civil/Commercial and Personal Injury and is currently looking to expand its credit hire team with a quality fee earner.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle credit hire cases from inception to settlement – many cases will be fast track and multi-track level files
  • Handle both pre-litigated and litigated credit hire claims from inception to settlement
  • Be confident in speaking with claimants and ensuring you provide high quality, clear guidance on how their case will progress
  • Business development with clients where necessary

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience working with credit hire claims (preferably comfortable working on multi-track level work)
