Candidates must have a background in a claimant or defendant law firm and experience as a file handler, ideally in the credit hire team or motor accident department.
The role involves handling a caseload of credit hire files from start to finish, including drafting witness statements and managing fast to multi-track claims.
The position offers a competitive salary and hybrid working options, allowing for 1 day in the office and 4 days at home, along with 20-25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.

Handling a caseload of credit hire files
