Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced customer service individuals or claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or similar experience.

In regard to our client, they are a renowned insurance/claims company who are specialists within motor, property and commercial claims.

Customer Service Claims Handler Job duties:

  • Provide point of contact customer service for incoming vehicle collision alerts
  • Assess the fulfilment solutions applicable to the situation
  • Appoint Suppliers
  • Invoicing and Credit Control of suppliers
  • Manage the customers full expectations
  • Keep Customers and other key stakeholders fully updated
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service, ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible for the customer
  • Investigate complaints
