What will you be doing as a Motor Claims Handler:
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Motor Claims from first notification. Duties will include:
Handling first notification motor claims
Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar Motor Claims Handler role with handling first notification
Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
General Excel skills

A salary of 24,000 to 27,000, depending on experience
