Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations on flagged credit hire claims.
- Utilize your initiative to plan and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently over the phone.
- Follow established work processes and strategies.
- Apply sensitivity and tact when required.
- Make informed decisions and stay calm under pressure.
- Utilize your IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Case Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree is preferable.
- At least 12 months of experience in handling credit hire cases.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge to Develop:
- Pre Proceedings Credit Hire
- File life cycle management
- Common law and litigation principles
- Understanding of costs and protective offers
- Case preparation for litigation
Personal Development:
- Develop a range of skills under expert supervision.
