Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 months of experience in handling credit hire cases.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge to Develop:

  • Pre Proceedings Credit Hire
  • File life cycle management
  • Common law and litigation principles
  • Understanding of costs and protective offers
  • Case preparation for litigation
