What will you be doing as a Third Party Claims Handler:
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Claims. Duties will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
  • Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
  • Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
  • Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
  • Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
  • Liaising with different departments to establish liability
  • Handling complex files such as liability and high value cases


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims
  • Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
  • General Excel skills
