A Day in the Life:

As a Protection Adviser, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers. You'll collaborate with industry experts to build strong relationships and help clients achieve financial security through tailored protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing the most suitable financial products to meet each customer's individual needs, including income protection, critical illness cover, and life insurance.
• Conducting sales calls, providing regulated advice, and making recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Working with leads from customers already transacting for first or second charge mortgages.
• Following up on leads and working closely with back-office support to stay focused on advising.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets with precision and care.
• Staying up to date with FCA regulations and industry trends.
• Maintaining compliance standards and responding to feedback.
• Promoting best advice and upholding excellent customer care practices.

The Package:

• Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience and performance).
• Support: Full assistance in completing your R05 qualification.
• Bonus Potential: Unlimited monthly bonuses, with average advisors earning £30,000 - £40,000.
• Experienced Advisor OTE: Circa £60,000.
