- Managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion.
- Reviewing new cases and accurately underwrite them according to lender criteria.
- Handling all necessary administrative tasks.
- Communicating with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process.
- Requesting required information from third parties such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors.
- Annual salary of £23,000, rising to £25,000 after probation.
- Monthly bonus - average of £400 - £500pm
