We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award winning brokers in Horwich, Bolton. You will be working in their dynamic Mortgage Case Management team, processing cases to completions. You will enjoy a starting salary of £23,000 rising to £25,000 with an average £400-£500 in bonus per month. They specialise in First Charge Mortgages, Second Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance, and Bridging Loans. As a Mortgage Administrator you'll:
  • Managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion.
  • Reviewing new cases and accurately underwrite them according to lender criteria.
  • Handling all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Communicating with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process.
  • Requesting required information from third parties such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors.
