Career Teachers are supporting the Headteacher of a secondary school in Bolton who wish to appoint a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their school from September 2024 on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be:

A Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with a PGCE and QTS (ECT's will be considered)Innovative, diligent, flexible and with a drive for improvementA dedicated team player who develops excellent relationships with pupils and staff alikeProfessional, always leading by exampleFully supportive of the positive ethos of the school and a willingness to contribute to wider school life, for example, through extracurricular activitiesWilling to participate in personal continued professional development.A permanent UK resident with valid right to workThis is a Catholic secondary school that is committed to providing a secure and caring learning environment for all their pupils. There are currently just under 900 pupils on roll and they are going through a significant period of change. According to Ofsted, this is 'a friendly and welcoming school. Pupils are happy to attend each day. There are strong relationships between staff and pupils. Pupils understand that staff are there to support them.'
