Due to continued growth, my client is now looking for an experienced Residential Solicitor to work in the continuously growing Conveyancing Department at their Bolton office.Â
Nine offices, three in Bolton and one each in Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich and Middleton, have grown organically as the firm has expanded. The firm holds great satisfaction in being a local company, with several legal divisions provided to clients nationally.Â
In this position you will be responsible for running your own caseload and be able to delegate tasks as appropriate to the legal support team. You will also be actively involved in maintaining the existing clientele and always be looking for opportunities to generate new clients and work for the department.Â
There are currently 8 people in the team, and they are now ideally looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE.Â
However, they are open to considering Solicitors with at least 1 years PQE for this position.
