- Handling a full caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Managing files from initial instruction through to exchange and completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Liaising effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues to mitigate risks and prevent delays.
- Managing financial aspects, including invoicing and ensuring correct distribution of funds upon completion.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with the ability to manage their own caseload.
- Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation and compliance checks.
- IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
