You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth progression from instruction through to completion. With a strong focus on client service and proactive case management, this role offers an exciting challenge for a legal professional looking to build upon their expertise in property law.The Role:As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a variety of residential property matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling a full caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Managing files from initial instruction through to exchange and completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining a high standard of client care.
  • Liaising effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues to mitigate risks and prevent delays.
  • Managing financial aspects, including invoicing and ensuring correct distribution of funds upon completion.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with the ability to manage their own caseload.
  • Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation and compliance checks.
  • IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
