This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.The Role:
  • Running a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finance, and child arrangements.
  • Handling Legal Aid cases, ensuring compliance and managing cases via CCMS.
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting advocacy at court hearings where required.
  • Advising clients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Liaising with courts, barristers, and external agencies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in family law, either as a paralegal or a solicitor.
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS.
