Insolvency Practitioner (Newly Qual or Experienced)

Are you an Insolvency Practitioner looking for a new opportunity with a small firm of Corporate insolvency specialists? Our client, a brilliant insolvency and business recovery practice based in Bolton, are seeking an Insolvency practitioner to join their team.

The firm are open minded in terms of the experience of this IP, being able to take appointments is the minimum required, the firm will happily consider people with limited experience at this level, as well as someone who is very experienced at IP level.

The Role:

  • Taking appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
  • Managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of insolvency professionals to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including directors, creditors, and legal representatives
  • Overseeing compliance with ICAEW/IPA regulations and industry best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and networking

About You:

  • Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (ICAEW, IPA, or ACCA qualified)
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance
  • Experience handling a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency cases
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth
