Property Admin/Paralegal
Salary: 24,000
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
25 days holiday per year plus Bank & statutory holidays

My client are a well-established Bolton law firm with an immediate vacancy for an experienced Admin/Paralegal for our Property department.
Candidates should be flexible in their approach and will have:
- Previous experience in residential & commercial property
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good knowledge of all Office programs
- Quick and accurate audio typing skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and 3rd parties
Duties will include:-
- Quotations
- Open new matters & prepare client care letters
- Conduct Thirdfort AML checks
- Land registry searches & applications via Land Registry portal
- Reply to Land Registry requisitions
- Submit searches & SDLT returns
- Calculate stamp duty
- Close files
- Set up bills & completion statements
- Prepare commercial leases using precedent documents & PLC
- Reception/switchboard experience, or a willingness to learn, to cover holiday/sickness would be advantageous but is not essential
Systems used are: ALB Advanced case management; Thirdfort AML; Laserform; SDLT; Land Registry portal; PLC
