About the Role: 

Are you a dedicated Public Law Solicitor with a passion for family law? We are recruiting for a busy Family Department in Bolton or Bury. You will be children panel accredited and have experience in public law. This role offers flexibility in location and involves travel to courts and other offices, so a car available for work use is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of care/public law files
  • Undertake own advocacy
  • Run own caseload and work independently
  • Provide support and training to the team as required

  • Experience in public law
