About the Role: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join this reputable firm's leading Conveyancing department. My client is currently seeking two Assistants to join its offices in Bolton and Middleton. This role has arisen due to continued growth within the team and the development of long-standing relationships with well-established estate agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of files
  • Support the Partner with more complex files
  • Open files and attend to documents
  • Use the online case system efficiently
  • Set up and take payments
  • Provide excellent client-facing service

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Conveyancing
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Friendly and professional manner
