- First Year OTE: £35,000, with uncapped bonus potential up to £60,000 OTE

As a Second Charge Mortgage Adviser, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering first-class service to our customers. You’ll collaborate with industry experts, build meaningful relationships, and help us achieve our mission of financial empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the New Business team to manage qualified leads.
- Navigating the financial landscape for your clients to source the most suitable products.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of lender criteria to ensure accuracy.
- Delivering effective sales calls with well-researched recommendations.
- Collaborating with lenders and Fluent's Case Management team to facilitate case progression.
- Diligently following up on leads and managing cases for updates.
- Achieving minimum performance targets with attention to detail.
- Keeping up to date with FCA requirements and industry changes.
- Promoting best practices in customer care and consistently championing the Fluent brand.
